Geraldine "Geri" I. Richards

Geraldine “Geri” I. Richards, age 99, of Harrison, Ohio, peacefully passed away in Harrison, Ohio. Born on August 31, 1926, the daughter of Marshall and Elizabeth (nee Perchard) Wade in Akron, Ohio. She married Wade Richards on June 14, 1947.

Geri was the loving mother to her surviving children, Toni (Calvin) Smith, Kenneth “Casey” Richards, and Terri Ann (Gary) Minneman, five grandchildren: Scott Schaefer, Jonathan Minneman, Angela Johnson, Amanda (Chris) Roesch, and Rachael Smith, seven great-grandchildren: Scotty, Daniel, Joshua (Megan) Shaefer, Elijah Schaefer, Heather Minneman, and Nevaeh Johnson, and seven great-great-grandchildren, and sister to Leroy Wade.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Wade Vance Richards, her daughter, Vicki Lynn Richards and son, Eric Richards, her parents, Marshall and Elizabeth Wade, and siblings Jo Ann Stokes, Bernard Wade and John Wade.

A private burial will be held for Geri at the convenience of the family at Glen Haven Cemetery.
