Frank R. Peters

Frank Peters, age 86 years of Harrison, OH passed away Wed. Dec. 8, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, OH. Born April 20, 1924 in Fairbury, IL he was the son of the late Millard & Stella (Shepard) Peters. The WWII Army veteran married Alberta McGuire on Sept. 29, 1947 in Covington, KY, worked for 32 years for Monsano and was a member of the Harrison VFW & American Legion & 50 year member of Lawrenceburg F&AM Lodge #4. Frank is survived by his wife Albert Peters, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and sisters June McClaine & Betty (Ronald) Selmeyer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Dorothy Riley & son Robert Bryant and siblings Harold, Marion & Leonard Peters, Nellie Tague, Elma Asher & Juanita Peters. Visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2010 from 11am until time of masonic services at 1:45pm and funeral services at 2pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Edward Kittle officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery with graveside military honors by the Harrison Funeral Detail. Memorials are suggested to Harrison Life Squad c/o the funeral home.
