Eva ("Eve") T. Jefferies passed away 6 April 2013 at Oak Creek Terrace, Kettering, OH, after a long illness. She was born 16 May 1921 in Hamilton, OH, the daughter of William Gilbert and Rebecca King Thomas. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dr. F.E. ("Gene") Jefferies of Harrison, OH, a brother, Edward Thomas, of Tipp City, OH and two sisters, Virgilia ("Virgie") Clark of Eaton, OH, and Ethel Sparacio, of Phoenix, AZ. She is survived by four sons, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was a graduate of Camden High School, Class of 1939. She worked as a quality control specialist in an aircraft factory during WWII and was a longtime resident and homemaker in Harrison, OH (1947-2007). She was most recently a member of the Northern Hills Bible Chapel in Cincinnati. Visitation will be Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 10am until time of services at 12 noon at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to Northern Hills Bible Chapel, 1155 West Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45231 or Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
