Ethel Florence Biddle

Ethel Florence Biddle, age 102 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at her residence. She was born on August 12, 1912 in W. Harrison, IN and was the daughter of the late John & Jenny (Stokes) Haas. On June 28, 1933 she married Everett E. Biddle and he preceded her in death on October 4, 1998. Ethel was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, and the Eastern Star for 50+ years. Ethel is survived by her sons Donald (Clara) Biddle of Fairfield, OH and James (Julie) Biddle of Dayton, OH. She will also be missed by her 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters Pearl Wiedeman and Mabel Kolb. Visitation will be Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 10:30 until time of services at 11:30 at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will follow services at Glen Haven Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Bright Lions Club or Lifetime Resources.
