Emma Louise Fohl

March 25, 1918 — March 23, 2017

Emma Louise Fohl, age 98 of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Shawneespring Care Center in Harrison, OH.  Born March 25, 1918 in Harrison she was the daughter of the late Albert & Josephine (Fisher) Loos.

The 1936 graduate of William Henry Harrison High School and homemaker married Charles “Junior” Fohl in 1946 at St. John the Baptist Church where she is also a member.

Emma is survived by her children Thomas Fohl (Sandy) of Ross, OH; Sharon Fohl of Cincinnati, OH; Anna Hollowell (Ron) of Harrison, OH; Dan Fohl (Carolyn) of Hebron, KY; Richard Fohl of Harrison, OH; John Fohl (Annette) Fohl of W. Harrison, IN; Steve Fohl (Connie) of Harrison, OH; Kenneth Fohl of Harrison, OH and Greg Fohl (John) of Chicago, IL.  She will also be missed by 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 2001 Charles “Junior” Fohl; her son Ronald Fohl and her siblings Mable, Albert, Howard, Helen & Mary.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 27, 2017 at 11:00am at St. John the Baptist Church in Harrison, OH with Father Edward Shine officiating.  Burial will follow mass in St. John Cemetery.
