Dorothy Elizabeth Woody

Dorothy Elizabeth Woody, age 85, of Cleves, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, in Cleves, Ohio. She was born on July 7, 1939, the daughter of Odus and Susanna "Susie" (Tyree) McBride in Falmouth, Kentucky.

She is survived by her four children, Joyce Taylor, David (Linda) Tilton, Iva Tilton, and Jeff Tilton, 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Odus and Susanna "Susie" McBride, husband, Harold Tilton, daughter, Lisa Creech, granddaughter, Elizabeth Harris, as well as her brothers, Cliff, Clifton, Garfield, Riley, and Freddie, and sisters, Shirley, Virginia, Lucille, Viola, Sylvia, and Evelyn.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m., with Roger Harris officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030. A burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Cleves, Ohio.
