Dora M. Harris

Dora M. Harris, age 89 of Harrison, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center Harrison, Ohio.  Born in Hamilton, Ohio the Daughter of Squire and Amanda Bishop.

Dora graduated from Morgan High School in 1947, married Marvin H. Harris September 18, 1948 in Okeana, Ohio.  Worked for Ft. Hamilton Hospital for many years, member of Macedonia Christian Church.

Dora is survived by her children Sandy Pope of Cincinnati, Ohio, Larry (Vickie) Harris of Harrison, Ohio, Judy Benevengo of Harrison, Ohio and Rusty Harris of Blue Jay, Ohio.  Nanny of Kimberly (Scott) McBride, Angela (Terry) Spialek, Marvin Harris and Tommy (Amanda) Benevengo.  Adored by her six great grandchildren Paige and Hunter McBride, Rosemary and Ragnar Spialek, Austin Benevengo and Jordan Eckert.

Preceded in death by her husband Marvin H. Harris, grandson Butchie Benevengo and siblings Kelly Bishop, Juanita Burns and Viola Kimble.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.  Funeral services will be Friday, March 2, 2018 10:30 A.M. with Pastor Scott Holland officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030.  Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery Harrison, Ohio.
