David Wayne Holaday, Sr.

David Wayne Holaday Sr. age 65 of Harrison, Ohio passed away February 4, 2019 in Harrison, Ohio.  Born December 31, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of William and Gertrude (Lewis) Holaday.

David graduated from William Henry Harrison high School in 1972, married Connie Sue Donaworth March 8, 1994 in Addyston, Ohio.  Worked in private security and served his country in the US Army.

David is survived by his wife Connie Sue Holaday of Harrison, Ohio.  Father of David Holaday Jr. of Silverton, Ohio.  Grandfather of Mackenzie Dewalt and Gavin Dewalt.  Uncle of Owen Greenham of New Trenton, Indiana and Sharon (William) Weatherspoon of Woodlawn, Ohio.  Also survived by many great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents William and Gertrude Holaday, siblings Gerry Holaday and Janice Breeden.

Graveside service was held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 1:00 P.M. with military graveside rites provided by the US Army and Harrison Honor Guard at Glen Haven Cemetery Harrison, Ohio. Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio was in charge of arrangements.
