Curtis Boggs

Curtis Boggs, age 78 of Sparta, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at his home.  Born June 17, 1944, in West Harrison, Indiana the son of Virgil and Beulah (Shepherd) Boggs.

Curtis married Janice Spicer on October 19, 1963, in Canoe, Kentucky.  Member of the Northern Kentucky Baptist Church for over 40 years and a Kentucky Colonel.

Survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Janice Boggs.  Father of Rita (Tim) Odom and Curt “Hawkeye” (Belinda) Boggs.  Grandfather of Teddy, Laura, Kearston, Kenny, Heather, Jake, Beau, and Scout.  Great-grandfather of Declan, Ravyn, Tatem and Paislee.  Brother of James Odell (Irene) Boggs.

Preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Beulah Boggs, son Kenny Boggs, grandson Curtis Boggs III, and siblings Ellen Riggs, John Dee, and Donnie Boggs.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 2, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.  Funeral services will be Saturday, December 3, 2022, 10:00 A.M. all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.  A burial will follow at Little Memory Cemetery, Sunman, Indiana.
