Colson Harris

Colson Harris, age 71 years of W. Harrison, IN passed away Thursday, June 19, 2008 at his home. Born June 7, 1937 in Manchester, KY he was the son of the late John & Sylvania (Sams) Harris. He was a member of the 46 Pentecostal Church. He married Malvery Jones who preceded him in death on March 27, 2005. Mr. Harris is survived by his children Charlotte Lee (Denny) Sizemore of Manchester, KY; Johnny (Debbie) Gray of Laurel, IN; Daisy (Richard) Jenkins of Sunman, IN; Marie (Bob) Kercheval of W. Harrison, IN & Mary Rose (Ottis) Burch of Connersville, IN. He will also be missed by his grandchildren KC Gray, Malvery Cain, Glenna Corum, Rosann Burch, Robert Kercheval Jr, Brook & Tyler Sizemore; great grandchildren Kenneth & Heather Corum, James & Michael Thornton, Karenza & Alexa Gray & Amanda Robinson; siblings Leonard, Raymond, Ronnie, Sherman & Ralph Harris, Dorothy Lunsford, Cindy Rickett, Della Mae Reed & the late RJ, Kermitt & Ishmael Harris. Visitation will be Monday, June 23, 2008 from 10-12pm followed by services at 12:00pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Bro. Vernon Wheeler & Bro. Henry Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Harrison Life Squad.
