Charles Owen "Sonny" Noel age 77 of Harrison, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 in Harrison, Ohio. Born April 6, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of John and Gretchen (Tucker) Noel.

Charles married Carolyn Dianne Smith August 4, 1960 in Asheville, North Carolina. Served his country in the US Army, Airborne Infantry Division and worked for the Cincinnati Fire Department for 23 years. Member of the American Legion Post # 199 Harrison, Ohio.

Survived by his children Sandy (Terry) Leach of Cincinnati, Ohio, John (Jill) Noel of Harrison, Ohio and Chip (Tami) Noel of Shelby, Ohio. Grandfather of Brooklyn, Kristine, Kelly, Kassandra, Kimberly, Jessica, Jake, Olivia, Jackson, Bryson and Aarika. Great grandfather of Kadin, Leanna, Kohlman, Khloe and Trey. Brother of Ann (Bill) Adams of Ft. Myers, Florida and Kenny Noel of Okeana, Ohio.

Preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Dianne Noel and son Kevin Noel.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12:00 P.M. all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park Cincinnati, Ohio with Military honors provided by the US Army and the Harrison Funeral Detail.
