Charles Cable

Charles Cable, age 81 of Cleves, OH passed away Friday, December 5, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Born September 2, 1933 in Cincinnati he was the son of Louise Cable. He married Patricia Cook on December 10, 1952 in Cincinnati. Mr. Cable loved animals; so accordingly, he worked for the SPCA as an animal caretaker for 16 years. Charles is survived by his children Kimberly Ann (Wayne) Meadows of Williamsburg, KY, John (Barb) Cable of Harrison, OH, Jimmy (Liz) Cable of Cleves, OH, Kevin (Beulah) Cable of Cleves, OH, Ricky (Jeannie) Cable of Harrison, OH, Tommy Cable of Cleves, OH, Dan (Brenda) Cable of Harrison, OH and Victor (Sue) Cable of Lawrenceburg, IN. He will also be missed by his daughter-in-laws Karen Smith of Lawrenceburg, IN, Kathy Cable of Cincinnati, OH; son-in-law Jeff Mitchell of Harrison, OH; sisters Nancy Riggs of Colerain Twp., OH and Darlene Ramsey of West Chester, OH; brother Bill Seidholz of Cincinnati, OH along with many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Cable and children Joyce Mitchell, Rick Smith, Charles E. Cable and Dennis Cable. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 10am until time of services at 12 noon all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Wade Hicks officiating. Burial will follow services at Vine Street Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati. Memorials are suggested to SPCA of Hamilton County c/o the funeral home.
