Catherine Luelle Hurts

Catherine Luelle Hurts (nee Schlasinger), age 70 years of Harrison, OH passed away Sunday, March 7, 2004 at Franciscan Western Hills. She was born January 22, 1934 in Cincinnati, OH. She was married to Howard R. Hurts who preceded her in death. Mrs. Hurts was retired from government work with the Internal Revenue Service. She is survived by her children Mike (Billy Jo) Wiley of Harrison, OH; Albert (Bridgette) Wiley of Bay St. Louis, MS; Candy (Daniel) Jones of Cincinnati, OH and Karen (Tom Muench) Mays of Independence, KY; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister Wilma (Albert) Wiley of Bevis, OH and Evelyn Faulkner of Shelby, OH. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her sons Keith Hurts and Johnny Wiley. Mrs. Hurts was retired from government work with the Internal Revenue Service. Visitation will be Friday, March 12, 2004 from 12 noon until time of funeral services at 2:00 PM all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Springfield Twp. Memorial gifts are suggested to the American Lung Assoc.
