Carolyn "Lynn" Trainor

Carolyn "Lynn" Trainor, age 68 of Cincinnati, OH passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Liberty of Riverview Nursing Home in Cincinnati, OH. Born August 29, 1942 in Boston, MA she was the daughter of the late Harold & Frances (Dunn) Thorn. She married Dr. John Trainor on December 27, 1982 at Lakeside Park Christian Church. She worked for the IRS and was a member of the St. Teresa of Avila Church in Price Hill. Carolyn is survived by her son James Jennings Jr. of Denver, CO and 4 grandchildren. She will also be missed by her siblings Marsha (David) Zachies of Medford, OR, Hilda (Bob) Conley of Boston, MA, Paul (Donna) Thorn of New Hampshire, Cynthia (Bob) Hatfield of Rhode Island and twin sister Carole (Doug) Abrams of Harrison, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dr. John Trainor. Visitation will be Friday, June 3, 2011 from 12:30 until time of Funeral Blessing at 1:30pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Father Edward Shine officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Fort, Mitchell, KY. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home.
