Calvin Hill

Calvin Hill, age 92 of Bright, Indiana passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.  Born July 20, 1930 in Elmwood Place, Ohio the son of John and Grace (Hoops) Hill.

Married to Rietta Young on July 11, 1953 in Elmwood Place, Ohio, Calvin was also the owner of Calvin Hill & Sons home building.

Father of Mark (Nancy) Hill, Mike (Tina) Hill, Kimberly (Dom) Schiferl, David (Cathy Strickler) Hill, and Jeffrey (Christa) Hill.  Grandfather of Steven Hill, Jason (Susan) Hill, Amy (Joe) Kidd, Rachel Schiferl, Dominc Schiferl, Samantha (Joel) Winnike, Jacob Hill, Carley Hill, and Reagan Hill.  Great-grandfather of Harry, Dottie, Camden, Austin, Owen, and Jax.

Preceded in death by his wife, Rietta Hill and his parents John and Grace (Hoopes) Hill.

Visitation will be Friday, August 5, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.  Burial will follow at Gibson Cemetery in Bright, Indiana.
