Bruce C. Metzler, Sr.

Bruce C. "Rooster" Metzler Sr., age 60 of Harrison, OH passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at his home. He was born on April 15, 1954 in Batesville, IN and was the son of Raymond C. & Dorothy Edith (Kaiser) Metzler. The1972 graduate of Elder High School & member of St. John the Baptist church worked for the City of Harrison Water Works for 30+ years. Bruce is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Bruce Jr. & Ashley Metzler of Bright, IN; his grandson Bruce C. Metzler III of Bright, IN and his siblings Larry (Diane) Metzler of Harrison, OH, Francis "Biz" (Donna) Metzler of Harrison, OH & Karen (Carl) Doran of Amberley Village, OH. Celebration of life will be Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 6 9pm at St. John United Church of Christ with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating.
