Blanche Hiler

Blanche Hiler, age 77 of Harrison, Ohio passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Mercy West Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio.  Born November 3, 1940 on Chappelow Ridge in Indiana the daughter of Bert Hensley and Alice (McQueen) Hensley.

Blanche graduated from Bright High School in 1958.  Married George D. Hiler June 18, 1960 at Smyrna Baptist Church in New Trenton, Indiana.  Member of the Harrison Avenue Baptist Church in Harrison, Ohio.

Blanche is survived by her children Pamela (Jeff) Welsh of Okeana, Ohio and George (Edie) Hiler Jr. of Harrison, Ohio.  Grandmother of Rachel (Greg) Applegate, Ryan (Amber) Ford, Amberly Woods, Daniel Woods, Rebekah Hiler and George Benjamin Hiler.  Great grandmother of Hailey Woods and Jacob Helsley.  Sister of Pearl Ann (Lloyd) Klusman of Batesville, Indiana.  Aunt of Victoria Swininger of Metamora, Indiana, Richard (Joy) Bishop of Batesville, Indiana, Shelia (Steve) Kolton of Batesville, Indiana, Roger (Cindy) Kausman of Wiona Lake, Indiana, William (Carolyn) Chesnut of Melbourne, Australia and Jeffrey (Mary) Chesnut of Independence, Kentucky.

Preceded in death by her husband George D. Hiler, parents Bert and Alice Hensley and her sister Ruby Ellander Bishop.

Visitation will be Monday, March 12, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 13, 2018 10:30 A.M. at Harrison Avenue Baptist Church 1125 Harrison Avenue Harrison, Ohio 45030 with Rev. Chris Workman officiating.  Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens Cincinnati, Ohio.
