Betty Ruth Fisher

Betty Ruth Fisher, age 70 of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012 in Harrison. Born September 26, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH she was the daughter of Harry & Ruth (Tyree) Unger. She married Kenneth R. Fisher on April 13, 1963 in Cincinnati and he preceded her in death January 21, 2005. She worked for National Flag Company as a stitcher in Cincinnati. Betty is survived by her daughters Regina (Ernest) Spencer of Harrison, OH & Tracy (Mac McFarland) Broughton of Addyston, OH. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Kenny Greer, Brandon Bunthoff, Ernie Spencer, Paige Broughton & Brody McFarland; great grandchildren Jude Broughton & Rowan Greer and sister Shirley (Rich) Childress of Cincinnati, OH. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Holly Fisher and brother Robert Unger. Visitation will be Monday, May 21, 2012 from 11am until time of service at 1pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Gardens, Cincinnati, OH. Memorials are suggested to American Lung Assoc. c/o the funeral home which may be brought to the visitation/service or mailed to the funeral home.
