Bertha “Sandy” A. Ullmann, age 77, of Harrison, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Sandy was the daughter of George and Mary (Taylor) Wilson on July 18, 1945.

Sandy is survived by her son, Christopher Penn and her two grandchildren Ryan Penn and Nathan Penn. She is also survived by her very dear friend, Mary Ann Foster.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Mary Wilson.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
