Barbara Ann Mealor

Barbara Ann (nee Peters) Mealor of Bright, Indiana passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Born December 6, 1948 in Connersville, Indiana the daughter of the late Lester Peters and Florence (nee Osborn) Bears.

Barb was a graduate of North Dearborn High School and worked as a nurse for over 40 years.  She enjoyed working in her garden, cooking, baking, and caring for her patients.  She loved her husband, family, friends and her dogs.  She especially loved her niece Kimberly Coomer whom she helped raise.

Barb is survived by her loving husband Larry "Ted" Mealor, her sisters Marti Stott, Susi Houchin, Leslie (Donald "Dee") Corey and Judy (Leslie Kay) Hubbard.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her brother Jerry Lee Peters.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018 1:00 P.M. at Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church 4047 West HWY 52, New Trenton, Indiana.
