Austin New, age 79 of Cincinnati, OH died January 18, 2012 in Cincinnati, OH. Born April 3, 1932 in McCreary Co., KY he was the son of Joe & Roady (New) New. Austin married Virginia McBride in Falmouth, KY in 1952. He was a member of Day Ridge Baptist Church in Kentucky. Mr. New is survived by his daughter Darlene Gripshover of Maysville, KY and son Charles Austin New of Cincinnati, OH. He will also be missed by 17 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Virginia New in 1998, son Kenny Lee New, daughter Pamela Jean Anderson and 9 siblings. Visitation will be Monday, January 23, 2012 from 5-7pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 2pm at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves, OH.
