Arthur “Art” Richard Wolfram, age 87, of Harrison, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at his residence in Harrison, Ohio.
He was born on September 6, 1936, the son of Wendell and Mildred (Weil) Wolfram in Cincinnati, Ohio. A 1954 graduate of Roger Bacon High School, Art went on to marry Phyllis Kroger on June 15, 1957, at North Fairmount Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a plant manager with Whitewater Industries for many years, a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Harrison, Ohio, worked and was an avid golfer at Circling Hills Golf Course since around 1997, and he loved to play Solitaire.
Art is survived by his loving wife of over 67 years, Phyllis Wolfram, his four children: Rick (Peggy) Wolfram, Alan (Nancy) Wolfram, Doug (Karen) Wolfram, and Mark (Rosemary) Wolfram, his 11 grandchildren: Andrea, Mindy (Tyler), Brandon (Brittany), Amber, Nick, Kristi, Kayla, Morgan (Nick), Haley, Jacob, and Jennifer (Dave), and his great-grandchildren: Levi, Cole, Conor, Harper, Emilia, Brooks, Jade, Sage, Anastasia, Jackson, and David with one more on the way. He is also survived by his sister Vera Costello and brother-in-law Ronald (Janet) Kroger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell and Mildred Wolfram, and a great-grandson, Bryce Clausen.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. when a Celebration of Life will begin, with Rev. Dr. Joshua Long officiating, all at First Presbyterian Church, 115 South Vine Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.
