Arlene Joann Lewis, age 64 years of W. Harrison, IN passed away Saturday, November 4, 2006 in Cincinnati, OH. Born March 1, 1942 in Cincinnati, OH she was the daughter of Katherine (Brown) & late Edward Lewis. Ms. Lewis is survived by her son Tom (Traci) Lewis of Cincinnati, OH & daughter Joann (Danny) Johnson of Cincinnati, OH; 6 grandchildren; mother Katherine Lewis of W. Harrison, IN; sisters Barbara (Robert) Murphy of Delhi, OH & Anna (Steve) Davis of W. Harrison, IN; brothers Terry Lewis & Jerry Lewis both of Cincinnati, OH. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister Sandra Stevens & brother Edward Lewis. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 8, 2006 from 4-7 PM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Arlene Lewis Memorial Fund.
