Anthony F. Martinelli, affectionately known as Tony, was born on November 20, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He peacefully passed away on November 16, 2025, in Blue Ash, Ohio, with his beloved wife, Jane Martinelli, by his side.

He was a graduate of Lakota High School and had a strong passion for music making it a hobby that lasted a lifetime. The love of music he had changed Janie's world and has passed on through her as well as those who knew and loved him.

On September 5, 1981, Tony married Jane Engelbert in a ceremony at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their union was a source of strength and joy, and together they navigated life with love and mutual support.

Tony is survived by his sister Sonya (Ralph) Ryan, and his in-laws, Patty McMurtry, Carl (Kathy) Engelbert, Greg (Cheryl) Engelbert, Peggy Breslin, Bill Koesters, and Guy (Kathy) Engelbert. He was also cherished by 15 nephews and nieces, including niece, Tiffani (John) Toth, who held a special place in his heart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Louise (nee Hunning) Martinelli, his brothers-in-law, Jerry McMurtry and Mike Breslin; and his sister-in-law, Barbara Koesters.

Tony’s life will be honored and remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Private services for Tony were held at Greenwood Cemetery located at 1602 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tony's memory to Hospice of Cincinnati in care of Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.
