Andrew Shelby Smith

Andrew Shelby Smith, age 73 of Brookville, IN passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Born March 31, 1940 in Pineville, KY he was the son of the late Gilbert & Dora (Inman) Smith. Andrew is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Sandra & Ricky Hall of Harrison, OH and son and daughter-in-law Charles Robert & Renee Smith of Phoenix, AZ. He will also be missed by his 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and his siblings Rev. Bobby Jewell, Virgil Smith, Doug Smith, Geneva (nee Smith) Angel, Linda (nee Smith) Turner & Brenda (nee Smith) Ellis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Norma Lee (Angel) Smith in 1999 and siblings James Jewell, Dorothy (nee Jewell) Duff, Rosemary (nee Smith) Hendrickson & Betty (nee Smith) Hair. Visitation for Mr. Smith will be Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 4-7pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be Thursday at 10:00am at the funeral home with Rev. Glen Hyden officiating. Memorials are suggested to the family c/o the funeral home.
