Allene J. Marion

Allene J. Marion, age 88 years old of Norwood, OH passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in Cincinnati, OH. Born July 12, 1920 in Harlan, KY she was the daughter of the late Zachary T. & Anna (Lankford) Lanham. She graduated from Harlan High School, retired from GE as an accountant & was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Norwood, OH. Ms. Marion is survived by her son Ronald W. Marion of Batavia, OH & daughter Burma Hensley of Finneytown, OH. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Sherri Bowers, Denise (Ron) Buono, Ron A. Marion, Jason W. Marion & Jarrett A. Marion; great grandchildren Brittany Bowers, Nathan Bowers & Brent Buono; brother Wayne (Lana) Lanham of Marion, IN & sister Barbara (Richard) Wesling of Englewood, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister June Fagin & brothers Harold Lanham & Wallace Lanham. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, 2008 from 8:30am-10:30 am followed by services at 10:30 am at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Memorials Gardens in Milford, OH. Memorials are suggested to Church of the Nazarene in Harrison, OH.
