Alice Voges
July 28, 1909 — March 11, 2010
Alice Voges, age 100 years of West Harrison, IN passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Hillebrand Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born July 28, 1909 in Freudenburg, Germany she was the daughter of the late Gustav & Bertha (Haardt) Zimmerman. She married Lewis Voges on Feb. 16, 1931. Mrs. Voges is survived by her son Robert (Linde) Voges of Patriot, IN; granddaughters Christine (John) Rinke & Robin (Jason) Kichler and step grandchildren Glenn (Goi) Baucom, Johnna Corder & Jennifer Canup. She will also be missed by her 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Voges and 3 brothers. Visitation will be Friday, March 19, 2010 from 6 7pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Kathy Engelhardt officiating. Memorials are suggested to charity of choice c/o the funeral home.
