Alberta Peters

Alberta Peters, age 90 of Harrison, OH passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at her home. Born August 29, 1920 in Petersburg, KY she was the daughter of the late William & Hannah (Abdon) McGuire. She married Frank Peters on September 29, 1947 in Covington, KY and he preceded her in death last year. She worked for Thatcher Glass. Mrs. Peters is survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and brother Don (Patsy) McGuire. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Dorothy Riley, son Robert Bryant and siblings Dave McGuire, William McGuire, Lawrence McGuire, Lydia Kittle & Mary Nixon. Visitation will be Friday, August 19, 2011 from 11am until time of services at 1pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Winston Shelton & Eddie Kittle officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Harrison Life Squad c/o the funeral home.
