Alberta Mann

Alberta Mann, age 71 of New Trenton, IN passed away at her home on Monday, November 14, 2011. Born October 31, 1940 in Batesville, IN she was the daughter of the late William & Evelyn (Hoffman) Sackett. Alberta worked at US Shoe in Harrison, OH. On May 29, 1958, she married William J. Mann in Lawrenceburg, IN and he preceded her in death on Oct. 28, 2005. She was a member of the Cleves Church of Christ. Alberta is survived by her children Kimber (Nicholas) Sparto of Colerain, OH, William J. Mann of Ross, OH, Christopher L. (Michelle) Mann of Sunman, IN & Hope (Wade) Foxx of Harrison, OH. She will also be missed by her 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and siblings Bill Sackett of Georgia, Martha Mack of Georgia, Lawrence (Kim) Sackett of Florida, Rose Wilson of Kentucky, Wanda (Tom) Smith of Indiana & Jean May of Indiana. In addition to her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings Jim Jones, Courtney Jones, Ronald Sackett & Linda Sackett. Visitation will be Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 6-7pm followed by a Memorial Service at 7pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Ned Noble officiating. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home.
